Our consultants, working for Customers from all over the country, reach candidates mostly using the direct search method, their existing contacts, and our extensive database (nearly 110,000 job applications). We’ve been building Customer trust for many years and are equally committed to each project. Initial Selection of Applications This service saves the Customer’s time needed for analysing the applications received in response to a press or online advertisement. The submitted documents are preliminarily selected based on the job descriptions obtained from the Customer, who receives only those applications which meet the formal requirements of the position. Database Analysis In connection to our candidate database analysis service, we review the collected applications (over 110,000) in detail, keeping in mind the Customer’s requirements. Selected individuals are informed about the ongoing recruitment process and, if they are interested, a short telephone interview is carried out. Applications from people whose experience matches the job offer are submitted to the Customer.
