Objective
- to enhance employees’ motivation and mobilise them to actively self-manage their careers
- to identify participants’ strengths and areas in need of improvement
- to set the objectives for further career development
- to reinforce the positive image of the company (inside and outside).
Methodology
- simulated job interviews with feedback
- searching for open and hidden job offers
- promoting the participant through e.g. contacts with consulting companies, mailings to potential employers and recommendation of the participant
- use of psychometric tests.
