Internal Employer Branding is addressed primarily to existing and leaving employees and is implemented by means of development programmes and building a well-defined corporate culture. Our services cover all stages of professional career, and our proposal includes tools permitting the implementation of transparent and attractive – for both employee and employer – recruitment procedures on the internal labour market, incentive compensation systems or outplacement programmes (both group and individual) focused on the minimisation of negative consequences of job loss. At the Customer’s request we can prepare and carry out an employee satisfaction survey and a competency assessment with feedback (e.g. Checkpoint 360◦).
