The primary focus of External Employer Branding is on active professionals and student environments. The attractive image of the employer in those target groups is built on the basis of effective use of modern communication channels, our relations with the academic community (e.g. owing to such initiatives as SIFE and GMC) and long-term co-operation with opinion-leading media. A strong emphasis is also placed on image-enhancing recruitment projects – from a professional and consistent layout of advertisements to a good job interview. As regards the image campaigns addressed to student environments, we offer reports on the initiatives addressed to a particular target group carried out at universities. The reports include evaluation of the effectiveness, outreach and quality of the initiatives. As part of a long-term strategy, we offer the preparation and organisation of events and meetings to promote a given company’s image at universities, in line with the company’s instructions. The initiatives will be preceded by a relevant information campaign. Using our experience in personnel consulting, we are also willing to select and acquire candidates for a company’s representatives to universities. |
