The Insights Work Preference Test is one of the methods used to assess and identify the individual potential and personality traits of an employee. It also supports individuals in improving the quality and effectiveness of their performance in interpersonal relations in the workplace, both in and outside the organisation.

The Insights method uses a circle of 72 personality types. Each test subject is matched with a specific place in the circle, which is a direct representation of his/her individual preferences. Insights checks whether a person tends to be extrovert or introvert, whether in taking decisions he/she relies on facts only or takes into account emotions, and by what means he/she perceives the world: sensations or intuition. As a result, the report provides the employee with extensive information about him-/herself. Usually, respondents agree with more than 80 percent of the report content. The fundamental tool of the Insights programme is the Individual Insights Profile, which is developed on the basis of the answers provided in the Insights Preference Survey.

The Insights Personal Effectiveness Programme helps to make informed choices concerning business contacts, as well as adaptation and accommodation within them. It also shows the way to a full understanding through the recognition of individual perceptions and preferences while helping improve individual effectiveness in business relations.
