- Recruitment for Management and Specialist Positions – at our Recruitment and Selection Department, we make use of the knowledge and skills of our consultants, very experienced in project management with the use of the direct search approach. In addition, we have our own database (more than 100,000 applications) which makes an excellent foundation for our operations.
- Search and Selection of Top Executives – recruitment of top executives always requires the right competence and adequate scale of operations. Thus, in 1998 an independent Executive Search Department was established at BIGRAM. Since 2004, it has represented IIC Partners, one of the world’s largest networks of independent companies operating in this elite HR area.
- Assessment of HR Potential and Development Management – our Development and Assessment Department, with its expertise and many years’ experience, offers thorough employee satisfaction and commitment surveys, implementation of competency models, performance appraisal systems, organisational skills and potential audits, design of talent management programmes and succession plans, development plans, coaching and training.
- Design of Staff Compensation and Incentive Systems – skilful management of compensation translates into successful management of the whole organisation. We offer comprehensive services combining all compensation components (both financial and non-financial) into effective incentive and loyalty programmes.
- Employer Branding and Outplacement – in order to help the Customer build the image of an attractive employer we offer services which involve integrated HR, PR and marketing activities. They include both internal activities, carried out within the organisation, and external ones realised in its environment. In addition, we offer support in the preparation of managers to communicate tough decisions as well as outplacement programmes addressed to groups and individuals.
- Media and Communication Support – each of our projects is reinforced by relevant activity in the media and other communication channels. To this end, we use our relations with opinion-forming newspapers, trade press and websites. Moreover, we maintain relations with leading universities (e.g. through SIFE and GMC initiatives). In addition, we have our own interactive advertising platform to facilitate contact between candidates and employers (www.qpracy.pl).
